Damon Lord has performed every year in the Worcestershire Provincial Masonic Lecture Competition, and has a number of talks available to provide a lecture or short poetry reading for entertaining and educating at Masonic lodge meetings. These lectures are suitable for presentation in the first degree (except for "The Forgotten Second Degree") and are usually about 20 minutes long, but this can sometimes take a bit longer if an informal Q&A session follows.
His available lectures are:
(originally presented 2017)
A lecture covering the many links between the Esperanto language and Freemasonry.
(originally presented 2018)
A lecture-poem highlighting the importance of the often-overlooked second degree in Freemasonry (to be performed when the lodge is open in the second degree)
(originally presented 2019)
A lecture covering the early years of Freemsonry in the Philippines, culminating on the influence of the Craft on the Katipunan independence movement and independence in 1898.

A brief look into the grammar and semantic etymology of an important Masonic phrase.

A presentation promoting the legal standing of acceptance of LGBTQIA+ freemasons and UGLE's policy of acceptance, and a brief overview of the life of the famous Chevaliere d'Éon, the first recorded transgender Freemason (1728-1810).
(presented 18 April 2023; winner of the Brother's Cup 2023)
A rhyming poem-lecture about 15 minutes long, which gives in verse a brief potted factual history of the historical Illuminati, before then turning to dismiss the modern irritant, where nonsensical theories attempt to conflate alleged Illuminati conspiracy with the actual good that modern Masonry does.
